Producing in the
most natural way to propose you fruity, fresh and aromatic Champagnes.
We are
winegrowers, that means that our wines are exclusively made from grapes coming
from our own plots. Our harvests are made by hand and ruled by this watchword:
“Producing healthy and standard grapes”.
Moreover, we are
members of the French confederation called Vignerons Independants de France
(Independent winegrowers of France), which means that we cultivate the vine
while respecting our terroir, that we make our wine and we share with you our
passion for our profession.
After a
progressive and qualitative pressing, we let the must naturally clarify without
using enzyme or clarifying agent. Our fermentations are naturally launched and
regulated, without using heating or cooling process, to let the wine fully
express. We do not use malolactic fermentation to keep the natural freshness
and the varietal aromas of our wines.
Once the
bottling is made, our bottles age on laths during 15 to 36 months, depending on
the cuvées. We let time take its course.
During the disgorging step, we add our homemade liqueur: we make it with
our reserve wines, according to a traditional method passed down from
generation to generation.
Then, our cuvées
are labelled by hand, the last step before going to your place and be drunk
during a meal, at the aperitif, or for a celebratory moment...
